Orders and prices

Prices are in pounds sterling and shown excluding VAT; VAT is added or shown in full at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation email after payment. We may cancel and refund an order if an item is unavailable or a price was shown incorrectly.

Personalised orders and payment

Personalised items are made only after you have approved the mockup and paid in full. Production times are in working days, counted from approval and payment, and are described on our delivery page. An express service may be offered for an extra charge.

Delivery

Delivery is within the UK and is described on our delivery page. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns and personalised goods

See our returns policy. Personalised items are made to your design and cannot be cancelled once production starts. You are responsible for having the right to use any artwork, logo or text you supply, and for checking your proof before approving it.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise our liability for an order is limited to its price.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, subject to any rights you have to bring a claim in your home nation.
