Who is responsible

What we collect and why

When you order we collect your name, email, phone number (optional), delivery address and order details, to process and deliver your order, take payment, send order emails and keep the records the law requires. When you contact us we use your details to reply. The lawful bases are performing our contract with you, our legal obligations, and our legitimate interest in running and securing the shop.

Who we share it with

Stripe processes your payment (we never see or store your card number). Royal Mail and DPD receive your name, address and contact details to deliver your parcel. Our hosting and email providers process data for us. We do not sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order and accounting records are kept for 6 years for tax purposes. Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by contacting orders@rasken.co.uk. You can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Cookies

We use only a strictly necessary session cookie to keep your basket and secure your checkout. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
