Returns & cancellations

Ready-made items

You can cancel your order for ready-made, unpersonalised items within 14 days of receiving them. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. We refund the price of the goods and the standard delivery charge you paid, using the original payment method, once we have received the items back or you provide proof of postage. You pay the cost of returning the goods unless they were faulty or not as described.

Personalised and made-to-order items

Items that are printed, embroidered or otherwise made to your specification cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, because they are made to your design (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013). This does not affect your rights if an item is faulty or not as described.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something is wrong with your order, contact orders@rasken.co.uk within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We will repair, replace or refund as the law requires. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
