We deliver across the UK with Royal Mail and DPD. The cost depends on the weight of your parcel, and you choose your delivery option at checkout.

Production time for personalised items
DTF transfer and Vinyl: 10-12 working days. Embroidery: 21 working days. Faster production is available for an extra charge.
These are working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays in England and Wales). We count them from the day you have approved your mockup and we have received your payment in full. We do not start production before then. Delivery time (above) is added to production time.
If your parcel is damaged or does not arrive, contact orders@rasken.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.
